What are your operating hours?
Do I need to book in advance?
Early bookings are recommended to maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer. Same day reservations can also be made but that will be subject to availability.
I don't know how to swim, is that risky?
While going for any water sports activity with us, you will always be wearing a life jacket, and on top of that, our instructor is here to take care of you in case of any issues, so we have it all under control as long as you also followed the guidelines.
What do I need to wear?
We recommend you to wear light clothing for more comfort. However, there are no restrictions with choice of swimwear. You can wear any types of bathing suits, rash guards, shorts, swim trunks, or any other clothes that are made of light texture and are comfortable.
Where can I put my belongings and can I bring my phone with me?
We will be providing you the lockers for your belongings. Also each Jet Ski has a compartment in the front where you can put your phone, but not waterproof and not under Seabreacher responsibility in case of the belonging damages or loss.
Is it necessary to wear a life jacket?
By law, everyone who goes for jet skiing must wear a life jacket at all times. This is also to ensure your safety even if you know how to swim. We provide life jackets for both adults and children of all sizes.
Do I need a license to drive a Jet Ski?
No, you don’t need any Jet Ski license or boat license to drive a jet ski in Dubai.
Is there a minimum age to drive or being a passenger?
Minimum age requested is 16 years old as a driver while 10 years and above can ride the Jet Ski as a passenger.
Are the prices of your Jet Ski rentals per person?
No, price are per Jet Ski where 2 persons can share a jet ski.
Can I take the Jet Ski anywhere i want in Dubai?
Dubai Authorities does not allow any Jet Ski rental company in Dubai to rent a Jet Ski without a guide for safety reasons. However, we will do our best to give you all the freedom to play in the open area where there are no restrictions.
I'm a beginner. Can I still try the Flyboard?
Yes, our Flyboard instructor will explain you how to fly and within minutes, you’ll be enjoying this unique, pleasurable feeling!
Can I drive the Seabreacher?
No, you cannot drive the Seabreacher as it needs special training to operate. You will be riding as a passenger with our experienced Captain. However, you can sign up for a training session with us if you really want to drive this amazing craft.
How many persons can go at a time for Seabreacher experience?
Seabreacher can accommodate 1 passenger at a time with our professional licensed Captain.
What is the minimum age to go for other tube rides?
The minimum age for Donut ride, Banana Ride, and other inflatables is 10 years old however children under 16 need to be under supervision of a guardian.
What is the minimum age to go for Scuba Diving?
The minimum age for Scuba diving is 10 years old however kids of 8 years can go for a special PADI program called the PADI Bubble Maker.
Do I need to know how to swim to try scuba diving?
No. You do not need to know how to swim. We will teach you how to kick underwater.
How much time do I get in the water at a dive location?
The try scuba dive is 30 minutes
Does the car park available in the area?
Yes, free parking is available inside the Hotel premises in Fujairah and P&O Marina area in Jumeirah.
